SSLLP places a lot of value in having a dedicated team of development professionals who are committed to its mission and possess the drive needed to deliver the SSLLP Vision of sustainable
livelihoods for the poor.
This profile provides an overview of the diverse, youthful and
talented team that drives the work of SSLLP in Malawi. The average age our team is 27 while we also have significant representations based on gender as well as education qualifications.
SSLLP believes the composition of the team, the combined experiences and educational qualifications backed by our highly experienced board will allow us to deliver projects and programs competently and effectively.
Our team is uniquely placed to deliver in the four program areas of Agriculture, WASH, Climate Change and Financial Inclusion. We are definitely geared to deliver on our Strategic Plan 2025 (SSLLP SP25) and making meaningful contributions to the Malawi sectoral policies, Vision 2063 and the Sustainable Development Goals
